The Childhood Healthy Eating and Active Living Center is made possible by grants from Kohl’s Cares, Children’s Hospital Foundation, Coca-Cola, and Wal-Mart

The following community partners have generously donated gifts for an incentive program for children visiting the HEAL Clinic. Children meeting or working hard on their healthy eating and active living goals may choose prizes, including those donated by these local organizations.
