Dr. Smith, board certified through the American Board of Surgery (ABS) and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), is a pediatric surgeon with special interests in chest wall reconstruction and urologic reconstructive surgery. Dr. Smith joined University Surgical Associates in 2001. She also is one of four pediatric surgeons that covers pediatric trauma surgery at Children's Hospital at Erlanger. She has been a speaker at many pediatric educational events in our facility and for our region.
